New York sales tax (8.875%) is added to orders shipped to addresses within New York State. No sales tax is charged on the purchase of a Gift Card.


For orders shipped outside of the U.S., please consult the customs legislations of your country. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We cannot declare the value of a package as anything other than its retail value. We cannot mark shipments as gifts. International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your country.


Our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; we allow a 1-hour window for any changes or cancellations to your order. Please note after 1 hour; all cancellation requests will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. We cannot cancel orders that have entered the production process. We try our best to accommodate your order; however, we cannot guarantee the changes will be made once the order is submitted. You may always return* the item once you receive it.

Promotional codes must be entered into the "discount code" section at checkout to validate them. Only one code can be used on a purchase. No cash value. Not valid on gift cards. Promotional codes cannot be applied to purchases made before the discount was offered, nor can they be retroactively applied after placing an order. Each order is always beautifully wrapped ready for gifting! We ship multiple items in the same gift packaging.

If the items are being given as individual gifts, please let us know in the 'Special Instructions' box available on the Shopping Cart page during check out if the item(s) you purchased needs individual gift wrap or a personal message. We can also send gifts straight to a recipient, enter the gift recipient's name and address in the 'shipping address' section during check out instead of your own.


LITTIONARY ships worldwide. We partner with world-class carriers and reputable providers to ensure fast and secure door-to-door delivery service throughout the U.S. and international destinations.

Please note that shipping times do not include the amount of time it takes to make your order. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the current production time for your item and adding in the transit time based on the chosen shipping method.


Every time you order from LITTIONARY, we take special care and the time necessary to complete each order. For Important Update Regarding COVID-19please visit the bottom of the FAQ page. 

Current production time: 3-5 business days after you place your order. Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excludes weekends and holidays).

Orders with engravable items may take an additional 2-3 business days to process. Special order items will be made for your order; please allow 2+ weeks of production time before shipping. If you are interested in finding out more information about a specific style, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

SPECIAL ORDER Due to recent events, we are experiencing longer than usual production time and unable to take on additional special orders. If you'd like to be notified when we start accepting new special orders please feel free to contact us.

BACK ORDER Popular items may sell out quickly and temporarily be on back order. Back order items will be processed in the order in which they were received. Any in-stock item(s) on your order will ship right away. You will not incur additional shipping charges. You can also choose for your order to be shipped in the fewest possible packages – simply leave us a note at checkout. We do our best to estimate when back ordered items are expected to ship. You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your back order items have shipped.

In light of recent events, special order and back order items may experience longer production time.

Due to USPS regulations, International Standard Shipping is not available for orders over USD 400. All delivery times above are an estimate based on average in-transit time and do not include production time. For orders needed by a specific date, we always recommend ordering early and allow extra time to receive your order.

LITTIONARY takes all necessary steps to ensure smooth and efficient international shipments. All international shipments will include detailed documents required at customs clearance points throughout your shipment’s journey. However, your packages may still be subject to import duties, and taxes levied once the package reaches your country. The recipient is the importer of records and must comply with all destination country laws and regulations. The recipient must fulfill additional charges for customs clearance; LITTIONARY has no control over these charges, nor can LITTIONARY predict what they may be.


If there is an issue with your address and your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to correct the address. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you with instructions for reshipment. Please be advised that we cannot reship until the original package is returned to us. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Deliveries will be made according to those order specifications. 

Returns & Exchanges


We love our products, and we hope you do too! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of receipt for return or exchange. All items must be in original, new, and unworn condition in the original packaging. We will provide instruction and a Returns Authorization (RA) number. All items returned must have a RA number.

Once you have been issued an RA#, please make sure that your item is returned as soon as possible - Return products must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the date the RA was issued to you.

Any returns received after 14 days, a store credit will be issued. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Custom made items
  • Personalized items
  • Special order items
  • Silk material

Please note shipping charges, including any fees such as customs duties and taxes, are non-refundable. A $5 fee applies to the return of all non-personalized bracelets and necklaces. Free outbound shipping does not apply to returned orders. If you received free shipping, $7 would be deducted from the refund total. Store credit will be issued for the full paid value of the item. Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.


Discounted items are eligible for an exchange or online store credit within our return/exchange window. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return.

Our size guides


Use a tape measure. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your bracelet. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. If your wrist falls between quarter inch increments, round up to the nearest quarter-inch.

  • Add 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch to your base wrist measurement for a snug-fitting.
  • Add 3/4 inch to 1 inch for a comfortable standard fit.
  • Add 1 1/4 inch for a looser fit.


Length = the open necklace laid straight & measured end to end.
The size will depend on the style of necklace and your preferred fit.

Choker (14-16 in./ 36-41 cm)
The necklace would fall around the base of the neck. A wide open neckline or a strapless top would look best with a choker necklace.

Princess (17-19 in./ 43-48 cm)
The most common necklace length is 18 inches and would fall at the collarbone.

Matinee (20-24 in./ 51-61 cm)
The necklace would be at or below the neckline.

Opera (28-36 in./ 71-90 cm)
This necklace can be worn as a single long strand or can be wrapped twice as a double strand.
