New York sales tax (8.875%) is added to orders shipped to addresses within New York State. No sales tax is charged on the purchase of a Gift Card.


For orders shipped outside of the U.S. please consult the customs legislations of your country. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We cannot declare the value of a package as anything other than its retail value. We cannot mark shipments as gifts. International customers are responsible for customs fees. Thank you for your understanding.


We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we can only accept changes made to orders within 30 minutes of placing the order. We will try our best to accommodate modifications to your order however; we cannot guarantee these changes will be made after your order is submitted. Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order (if the order has not enter the processing stage).


Promotional codes must be entered into the “discount code" section at checkout for us to validate them. Only one code can be used on a purchase. No cash value. Not valid on gift cards. Promotional codes cannot be applied to purchases made before the discount was offered, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed. Promotions cannot cross-applied or combined between two websites ( / Thank you for understanding our guidelines for using promotional codes.


We will ship multiple items in the same gift packaging.

If the items are being given as individual gifts - Please let us know in the 'Special Instructions' box available on the Shopping Cart page during check out if the item(s) you purchased need individual gift wrap or a personal message. We can also send gifts straight to a recipient, Just enter in the gift recipient's name and address in the 'shipping address' section during check out instead of your own.


Here at LITTIONARY, we go that extra mile to help you customize your charm necklace! When adding additional charms with a charm necklace in the same order, please indicate if you'd like the charm attached to the necklace in the order, or separate. If not specified, each item will be packaged separately. Simply leave us a note in the “Special Instructions” box to request this service.

  • The Gift Card will be emailed directly into your recipient’s inbox.

Sales tax will not be applied to Gift Card purchases. If other item is included in your order, tax will apply only to those items. LITTIONARY will not be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. LITTIONARY Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotional codes and discounts cannot be applied to Gift Card purchases.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Current production time: 3-5 business days after you place your order. Orders with engravable items may take an additional business day to process. Pre-order items: All preorders have an estimated ship date of March 8 (in chronological order). Special order items will be made for your order, please allow 2+ weeks production time before shipping.

You will receive an email to confirm your purchase, and a second email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS LITTIONARY features a pre-order option for select items. The pre-order items are available for advanced purchase. All pre-orders are fulfilled on the basis of first come, first served. LITTIONARY will inform you of any changes regarding your pre-order.

LITTIONARY take all necessary steps to ensure a smooth and efficient international shipments. All international shipments will include detailed documents required at customs clearance points throughout your shipment’s journey. However your packages may still be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; LITTIONARY has no control over these charges, nor can LITTIONARY predict what they may be.


If there is an issue with your address and your order has already been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to correct the address. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you with instructions for reshipment. Please be advised that we cannot reship until the original package is returned to us. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Deliveries will be made according to those order specifications. 


We love our products, and we hope you do to! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving an item(s) that you wish to return*. All items must be in original, new and unworn condition in the original packaging. We will provide instruction and a Returns Authorization (RA) number. All items returned should have a RA number.

Once you have been issued an RA#, please make sure that your item is returned as soon as possible - Return products must be shipped back to us within 10 days from the date the RA was issued to you.

  • Silk material, wire hoop earrings, threader earrings (for health/hygiene reasons) 
  • Sale items

If you received free shipping, the cost of standard shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that refund is calculated based on the merchandise value only. Shipping charges including any fees such as Customs Duty/ VAT are not credited.


We stand by our products and include a six-month warranty with every order. We will gladly repair or replace (same or comparable) defective items, at our option, within this period. Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost stones. To initiate a repair, please include a photo, order number and a detailed description to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note final-sale, wire jewelry, silk items and products purchased elsewhere are not covered under this warranty.


Each bracelet/ necklace is custom made upon order to the size you select. If you didn't order the correct size, please see below:

Please contact us to arrange for an alteration* service. We offer minor alterations on sizing at a reasonable fee (labor cost for adjusting the length and material). Please contact us to further discuss the cost.

*Exclude silk items.

Our size guides


Use a tape measure. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your bracelet. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. If your wrist falls between quarter inch increments, round up to the nearest quarter inch.

  • Add 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch to your base wrist measurement for a snug fitting.
  • Add 3/4 inch to 1 inch for a comfortable standard fit.
  • Add 1 1/4 inch for a looser fit.


The size will depend on the style of necklace and your preferred fit.

Choker (14-16 in./ 36-41 cm)
The necklace would fall around the base of the neck. A wide open neckline or a strapless top would look best with a choker necklace.

Princess (17-19 in./ 43-48 cm)
The most common necklace length is 18 inches and would fall at the collarbone.

Matinee (20-24 in./ 51-61 cm)
The necklace would be at or below the neckline.
